Our Home Our Worlds provides home renovation and decor services including but not limited to interior renovation, exterior renovation, siding installation and repair, door installation and replacement, plumbing fixture installation, and flooring installation and replacement. We also offer home loan and insurance consultation services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement executed before project commencement.
We offer free initial consultations and estimates. These estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time and are not binding final quotes. Final pricing is determined after a detailed on-site assessment and is subject to a formal service agreement.
Before any renovation work begins, both parties must sign a formal service agreement that outlines the scope of work, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, warranty terms, and other project-specific conditions. The service agreement supersedes any prior oral or written communications regarding the specific project.
Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before work commences, with progress payments at specified milestones and final payment upon project completion and satisfactory walkthrough. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
Our protection warranty terms are detailed in the service agreement for each project. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the specified period (1-5 years depending on the package). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Cancellation terms are governed by the individual service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and costs already incurred. We strive to handle all cancellation requests fairly and in accordance with applicable state laws.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
